Positive Affirmations

Look at the post it notes on the mirror in this pic. I got the idea after reading a great book on reaching your unlimited potential (which happens to be written by my awesome MIL). It said to post positive affirmations where you will see them during the day and to repeat them aloud. It's a part of reprogramming our self-image. I chose "I am strong", "I am healthy and fit" and "I am committed to me". It felt weird at first to repeat them aloud, but they help.
