You've heard the phrase "If you still look cute at the end of your workout, you didn't train hard enough"? Well, it was a great workout this morning...lol. I love it when you see people from the gym away from the gym and you hardly recognize each other with makeup on, hair done, and "regular" clothes on! Did you get your workout in yet today?
