Why "Healthy Hot Mama"?

Now, friends...I should probably clarify why I chose the name for this page that I did. No, I am not completely narcissistic. I wanted it to encompass all of the reasons that I chose to lose weight. 1)To be healthy, 2) to look better and feel more confident in the process...and 3) for my kiddos and so I can be around for them for a long time. Thus...HEALTHY HOT MAMA!!
