Homemade measuring cups and role models

"What is this?", you ask? It's a measuring cup, made by my boys, for me to measure my food with, of course! I love that they know that Mom (usually!) measures or weighs her food. I also get a kick out of hearing my 7 year old ask, "Which of these has more grams of protein?". It's moments like these that I realize that, while I'm not perfect, I am being a healthy role model for my boys and that is the best feeling ever!
